Safeguarding at NeonDaisy
At NeonDaisy, your child’s safety and wellbeing come first. We create calm, respectful and neuro‑affirming spaces where young people can be themselves, feel understood and know that adults will act if something doesn’t feel right.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. All concerns are managed by a Designated Safeguarding Lead, and we follow clear, predictable steps to keep children and families safe in our groups, online spaces and partner venues.
How we keep children safe
NeonDaisy ensures that:
-
Sessions are supervised by DBS‑checked adults
-
Boundaries and expectations are clear and predictable
-
Sensory and communication needs are understood and supported
-
Digital spaces, like our parent Facebook group, are moderated and boundaried
-
Staff follow strict safeguarding procedures
-
Any concern, big or small, is taken seriously and escalated immediately
Our safeguarding policies
For parents and guardians who want more detail, our safeguarding policies and procedures available to read here:

Digital Safeguarding Policy
These policies set out how we protect children, young people and adults across all NeonDaisy spaces - in person, online and in partnership with other organisations.
